  1. This promotion is valid until Dec 31, 2025; blackout dates apply.
  2. All rates and surcharges are subject to a 10% service charge and a 5% tourism tax.
  3. Additional charges will apply for any additional guest enjoying this promotion (maximum two (2) adults and one (1) child aged below 12 years old are allowed to stay in a Premier King Room at Nüwa). A daily surcharge for the third guest of age 12 years or above applies. This surcharge applies to hotel stay only and does not cover any other package benefits, such as Buffet Breakfast or other services.
  4. Additional guests will be charged full fare for buffet breakfast. 
  5. The Buffet Breakfast is available from 7:00am-11:00am, the last order will be 10:45am.
  6. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, vouchers, Consumption Rebate, promotions or discounts.
  7. This promotion is not transferable or exchangeable; not redeemable for cash; it is not for sale or resalable; and cannot be used for partial redemption. 
  8. This promotion is subject to availability and must be reserved in advance; Best Available Rate will apply for any extra night.
  9. Cancellation or amendment by guests must be made at least 1 (one) day prior to the confirmed stay date before 18:00 (Macau Local Time). First night room rental plus taxes will be incurred by guests for any late amendment, cancellation or failure to check-in on the confirmed stay date. 
  10. COD Resorts Limited reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions (including the use, suspension and cancellation of this package, offer, promotion and/or any Consumption Rebate) without prior notice.
  11. All matters and disputes, including the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, will be subject to the final decision of COD Resorts Limited。
  12. The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
  13. Other terms and conditions may apply and will be provided upon request.
