  1. Babysitting Service is not available on closure days of Kids’ City (as determined by COD Resorts Limited at its sole discretion. Please confirm availability in advance).
  2. Babysitting Service is available during the regular operating hours of Kids’ City (from 10:30am to 7pm) and, exceptionally, during the non-operating hours (from 08:30am to 10:30am and from 7pm to 11pm) but subject to overtime fee.
  3. Babysitting Service is subject to availability and must be booked 24 hours in advance, through the dedicated booking link. (Guests are required to make the booking 1 day in advance, until 10:30am)
  4. Food and beverage shall be provided by hotel In-Room Dining and must be selected when booking the Babysitting service. Additional fee shall be charged according to the price of the selected order and is subject to 10% of service charge and 5% of tourism tax.
  5. If the child is allergic to any food ingredients, Guests must inform it when making booking. 
  6. For any additional requests such as food feeding, milk formula feeding, nap time or diaper changing, Guest must place the request when making the booking. Guest must provide the required utensil and/or equipment (one set per child) to Kids’ City staff. 
  7. Kids’ City staff and/or babysitter will not provide medication, breast milk or food to be reheated to the children.
  8. Kids’ City does not provide Babysitting Service to children who show any symptoms of fever or infectious disease or require special care.
  9. Guests bear full responsibility for any health issues that may arise during the service. 
  10. Guests are required to provide at least two Emergency Contacts when making the booking.
  11. In case of emergency, the Melco Group First Aid Team shall provide emergency treatment and, if required, the child shall be sent to the nearest public hospital. Guests shall assume responsibility for all expenses incurred.
  12. All completed and confirmed booking of Babysitting Service are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
  13. An overtime fee of MOP 500 per hour will be charged for Babysitting Service if the Guest fails to pick up the child by the regular closure time of Kids’ City (before 7pm) or if the Guest requires the service during the non-operation hours of Kids’ City (from 08:30am to 10:30am and from 7pm to 11pm).
  14. All Guests must observe the Kids’ City Entry Guidelines: valid identification documents must be presented for registration. Children must wear long sleeve (covering wrists), long pants (covering the ankles) and socks before entering the premises; Adults must also wear socks inside Kids’ City premises.
  15. COD Resorts Limited reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions (including the suspension and cancellation of the Service) without prior notice.
  16. All Guests requesting the Babysitting Service at Kids’ City must sign the required form and accept the terms and conditions set out therein.
  17. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail and the Chinese translation is for reference only.
  18. Other terms and conditions regarding the facilities and/or the services related to this Service shall apply and shall be made available upon Guest request.
