CONDITION OF SALES AND CONDITION OF ENTRY

  1. Valid wristband is required for all guests who would like to enter/play in Park.
  2. The remaining game points are non-refundable; 
  3. Game Points cannot be exchanged between wristbands.
  4. Game Points of wristband are only valid during operation hours in the day of use. 
  5. The wristband cannot be transferred to another person, so the wristband will be invalidated if it is damaged on purpose. 
  6. Please do not scan the QR code to start game by yourself because no deducted points can be returned after the deduction, unless there is the game crash.
  7. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult who is required to purchase a ticket to enter the venue, regardless of whether the adult is using the game or not. 
  8. Parents are responsible for children between the ages of 12 and 16 who enter the Park without an adult, and the Park will not be responsible for any problems or liabilities arising from the absence of a parent. 
  9. Please noted some games in the park have height restrictions.
  10. Due to the game's limitations, minimum of two players is required to operate for some games in the park. 
  11. The games in the park will be maintained in non-regular schedule, so tickets will not be refunded due to the individual games maintenance. 
  12. Legend Heroes Park reserves the right to make the final decision on the revision and interpretation of the admission rules.

PARK RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. We appreciate your courtesy to our “Park Assistant”. The Management of Legend Heroes Park (the “Park” or “we”) reserves the right to refuse admission or exclude any person whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate or who poses a threat to security or to the enjoyment of the Park attractions.
  2. For safety reasons, please refrain from running or horse playing at the Park.
  3. Please queue up and wait for your turn patiently.
  4. Guests must be appropriately clothed and must wear shoes at all times. Guests not appropriately clothes and/or with bare feet will not be permitted for admission.
  5. Smoking of tobacco, e-cigarettes or other products that produce a vapor or smoke is not allowed in the Park. Please refer to the Studio City Site Map or see a “Park Assistant” for directions to the designated smoking locations.
  6. Ensure that your belongings are stored in the storage compartment provided or carried with you at all times.
  7. Children under age of 16 age need to be accompanied by a Guest age 16 or older to enter the Park.
  8. Please follow the Conditions of Entry of each Park attraction. Children under the age of 7 must be accompanied by a Guest at age 16 or above before boarding an attraction.
  9. For verification purposes, you may be requested by our “Park Assistant” to show your ticket(s) during your stay at the Park.
  10. Please plan your itinerary to the Park to include time for waiting and resting. You are recommended to take a short break after playing at each Park attraction.

ITEMS PROHIBITED IN THE PARK

  1. Explosive and flammable items, weapons of any kinds, objects that appear to be weapons or toy guns (also including water guns, etc.)
  2. Food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Guests are encouraged to consume the mentioned food and non-alcoholic beverages prior to entering the Park.
  3. Cans or glass containers (with the exception of small size baby food).
  4. Bags, boxes, luggage (larger than 56cm X 36cm X 23cm), carts or other wheeled carriers and strollers (not exceeding 92cm x 132cm) - with the exception of manual wheelchairs or electrically powered lower speed mobility devices. Locker system (192cm x 75cm x 50cm) available in the park for your usage with stated charging fees.
  5. Recreation sports gear with wheels, such as inline skates, shoes with built-in wheels, skateboards, scooters.
  6. Large-scale professional cameras, video cameras and other related facilities; Large tripods, folding chairs and stools.
  7. Animals or pets.
  8. Articles prohibited by Macau law and other relevant regulations.

ACTIVITIES NOT PERMITTED

  1. Unlawful assembly, illegal gatherings and public performances.
  2. Distribution of flyers or display of poster, banner, flag, sign or recorded materials of any kind.
  3. Photography, videotaping, or recording of any kind except for personal and non-commercial purposes.
  4. Interview activities of any kind without prior authorization, including but not limited to image shooting, filming, recording, interviewing Guests or “Park Assistants”.
  5. Engaging in any unsafe act or other acts that may impede the operation of the Park or any associated facility.

OUR RIGHTS

  1. We may film, photograph and/or record (sound and visual) of the Park operations during your visit, which may capture your portrait and/or voice, for our internal records and/or the purposes of meeting the legal, safety or security requirements.
  2. The Management of the Park reserves the rights to refuse admission to any person whose conduct is disorderly, discourteous, or inappropriate or who poses a threat to security or to the enjoyment of the Park attractions without refund or compensation. Customers who cause a disturbance, act inappropriately or refuse to comply with requests made by Management will be evicted from the Park without any refund or compensation.
  3. Operating hours, price and capacity limit can be changed anytime without prior notice.
  4. These Rules and Regulations are subject to change. If there are mandatory requirements stated in the laws otherwise, then related ordinances will be followed.
  5. For the purposes of these rules, “we”, “us” and “our” means Legend Heroes Park.
