The reimagined ‘House of Dancing Water’ is directed by Mr. Giuliano Peparini, Artistic Director, Peparini Studios, and produced by Our Legacy Creations. In addition to its captivating and dramatic story, 'House of Dancing Water' features excellent aerial acrobatics and cutting-edge technology in an awe-inspiring theater. The theater has two brand new VVIP Boxes. These comfortable and well-positioned boxes offer a high-end setting where guests can enjoy an optimal visual experience, with exclusive themed canapés and drinks. - Can I choose a specific Seat?
Ticketing system will automatically assign the best available seats in your preferred section at the time of the transaction. If you have any special seating requests (e.g. accessible seat for audience in wheelchair), please speak to a customer service representative by calling +853 8868 6767. - What is the ticket price and how to book the ticket?
VVIP Box (13 pax) and VVIP Box (10 pax) : VVIP Box is private and includes a selection of themed canapés and drinks, as well as a meet & greet opportunity with show artists and actors. Ticket holders will be guided by designated staff from the foyer to the VVIP Box.
Golden Circle : Tickets include a themed drink with canapés, and free-flow popcorn.
Premium, Grand, Signature, Gallery: Audience Audience in the first 2 rows may be splashed by water during the performance.
Only one ticket type as Standard ticket. No any concession tickets available.

If tickets are purchased through the official website, you may check the registered email when buying the tickets. After the transaction is confirmed, mailbox will receive an E-ticket sent by the system. E-ticket is valid for direct admission without need to redeem physical ticket at Box Office. - Do I require to exchange for a physical ticket to enter theater?
Customers holding the following valid tickets can enter directly, no need to redeem physical tickets at the Box Office:
• Physical tickets;
• E-ticket;
• A QR code including order details (show date, show time, section, seat number etc.) - What I need to present when picking up tickets at Box Office?
Customer must present the following documents to redeem a physical ticket for the Show.
• Valid photo ID/passport of Ticket registrant; and
• Confirmation number, voucher, receipt and/or any other relevant confirmation documents (if applicable). - If the Ticket registrant will not attend the Show and/or cannot be present at the box office, how can the ticket redeem?
• A valid photo ID/passport of the Authorized Person redeeming ticket;
• A photocopy of the Ticket registrant’s valid photo ID/passport; and
• An authorization letter from the Ticket registrant’s authorizing the Authorized Person's to redeem the physical ticket. - How can you avoid long queues to get in?
We suggest you pick up your tickets at least an hour before the show and enter the theater 15 minutes before the show. You can purchase snacks and drinks at Concession and enjoy the show in a good mood. Moreover, this will give you time to visit ‘House of Dancing Water’Boutique for purchasing souvenirs! In accordance with the Conditions of Entry, once the performance has begun, late comers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance. In order to avoid disturbing other audience or the performers. Please be seated early to avoid missing any of the show. - Can the ticket be reprinted if the ticket is lost? What should I do for requesting to reprint the ticket?
Ticket purchaser may go to Dancing Water Box office by present following documents:
• Valid photo ID/passport of the Ticket registrant; and
• Confirmation number, voucher, receipt and/or any other relevant confirmation documents (if applicable).
Verify that it matches with ticketing system (as applicable) info, replacement ticket can be reissued after verification. - Can I purchase tickets online by credit card or E-payment?
The online ticket purchase system supports payment via credit cards issued by designated financial institutions and electronic payment methods.
Please note: Alipay or WeChat payments are only acceptable for accounts registered with Mainland China IDs. - What payment method is accepted when purchasing tickets at Box Office?

According to the terms and conditions of sale, all completed and confirmed transactions cannot be amended and/or cancelled. - Can I resell my ticket?
Tickets cannot be resold or offered for resale at any price. - If a typhoon Signal No. 8 is approaching, how can I be informed about the latest show arrangements?
In the solution that the Signal No. 8 (typhoon) is approaching Macau, ‘House of Dancing Water’ will announce on the official website whether the show will proceed as scheduled. Please pay attention to the official website announcement.
Tips for watching the show
- Is there any food & beverage counter inside the theater? Can I bring my own food or drink to the theater?
There are Concessions next to Box Office, couple of snacks and drink are available for sale, including Popcorns, Hotdogs, Signature snacks, Alcoholic Beverages, Soft drink. Audience can scan the on-site self-service ordering QR code or make order through manual counter at Concession. Food and beverage from outside are forbidden.
*The sale or supply of alcoholic beverages to anyone under the age of 18 is prohibited in accordance with Law No. 6/2023 - What is the dress code?
Ticket holders must dress appropriately and must wear shoes to enter the theater. Ticket holders who are dressed inappropriately or have bare feet will not be permitted entry. - Can the baby stroller be pushed into the theater? Is there a area can be store the baby stroller out of the entrance?
There is a cloakroom nearby Theater Foyer where baby strollers and luggage can be stored in for audience. - Is there any washroom for disabilities in the venue?
Yes, located at Theater foyer near female washroom. - Will there be check on personal items and luggage at the entrance?
For security purposes and upon request, ticket holders may be subject to inspection, and for these purposes must open any bag, package or other item in their possession before entry to the theater. Ticket holders who do not consent to being searched or other appropriate security procedures may be denied entry without any refund or compensation. - Can I still get admission to the theater if I was late?
Yes, but in accordance with the Conditions of Entry, once the performance has begun, latecomers will be admitted to the theater only at appropriate times, as instructed by onsite staff, in order to avoid disturbing other audience or the performers. Please be seated early to avoid missing any of the Show. - Can I use cell phone during the show?
To avoid affecting the safety of the performers and the performance, as well as disrupting other audience's enjoyment, all phones must be set to silent mode before the show. - Can I leave and re-entry the theater during the performance?
Yes, audience holding valid tickets may leave and re-enter the theater at an appropriate time, as instructed by on-site staff after the performance has begun. - Are there any towels will be provided if my seat is on the front row?
Water-proof gear will be provided on the seats at the first 2 rows in all sections. Towels will also be provided additionally on the seats at the first 2 rows in 300, 400 and 500 sections. - Can we take photo or videos during the performance? Is flash photography allowed?
Please be reminded that the use of flash photography, video recording and other light sources such as laser pointers is strictly prohibited as they affect the performers. Additionally, laser effects are used during the show, please refrain from using your mobile phone or camera for photography or video recording to avoid damaging your lens or camera. - Is there any free parking if I watch the show at Dancing Water Theater?
Car Park is available for audience arriving by car or motorcycle.
• 4 hours of free parking per day for all visitors.
• Hotel guests can enjoy unlimited access of free parking during stay.
*Any extra hour will be charged MOP 25 per hour for car and MOP 15 per hour for motorcycle.
*For parking less than 4 hours, simply exit after passing the automatic car plate recognition.
